Repeat Prescriptions

Patients getting regular medication can arrange with the Doctor to get prescriptions without having to come to the surgery every time. .

You can order your repeat prescriptions on line using the order form accessed from the link above.

Written requests may be left at reception. To avoid mistakes, please state clearly the name of the medicine you need and do not request any medicine you are not getting regularly. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by ticking the relevent names of the required prescription on the right hand side of the prescription form and handing that in to reception at the surgery.

Telephone prescription requests will be taken between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday and will normally be ready at the Pharmacy in 48 hours.

Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions

Extensive exemption and remission arrangements protect those likely to have difficulty in paying charges (NHS prescription and dental charges, optical and hospital travel costs).
