Practice Complaints Procedure

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our Practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would like the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

NHS Lothian Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about any other NHS services please contact the NHS Lothian Patient Experience Team who will fully investigate your complaint.

The Patient Experience Team is the central point for receiving patient feedback for NHS Lothian. They receive feedback over the telephone, via email, in writing and in person.  The Patient Experience Team also manage all complaints, concerns, feedback and compliments, as well as stories shared on Care Opinion. The team is based at Waverley Gate and are made up of a mixture of clinical and non-clinical staff.
